The Rare Breed Meat Company is located in Coggeshall, they specialise in meat from rare and traditional breed, free range animals.
They believe wholeheartedly in the traditional rearing of animals, allowing them to mature at the pace which nature dictates, rather than feeding them growth promoters or hormones.






The result of this method is meat that tastes and cooks as it should, no watery residue or shrinking to half its original size when cooked.
