Wicks Manor Farm

The Wicks Manor farm is a pig farming business in Tolleshunt Major, Maldon. Their animals have lived a stress free existence, strict regulations of Fram Assured British Meat.
Their meat are full flavoured, fine textured succulent cuts of meat that cook and taste well, which has been nationally recognised and awarded in 2008.












Amongst their products are bacons that are smoked with a blend of oak and beech woodchips and dry-cured by hand with a blend of curing salts and Demerara sugar. Sausages that have no added fat, made with hand-boned shoulder filled into natural skins. Also try out succulent hams and gammons that are full flavoured.
